Tools for supporting system operation, that are composed of task system control, capacity and configuration control, Help desk control, and control of customer's needs.
Task/Event Management System provides functions of both maneuver of task treatment unit, Module(task), based on kinds of system events and control of treatment results. Especially it is a system that supports Batch work which is essential to environment of a cooperation. So firstly, it establishes scheduling of various tasks and terms of operation, and secondly it provides frame of XML script, which describes the link between works and deliveries of data, and functions to set up the work, which all together supports the handling work of a complete Batch and Event.
Also it contains functions of management monitoring and reporting the result of the work in progress.
Stage & Version Management System is the management of different versions resulting from Component units' development and amendment. It also manages procedures in accordance with deployment stages of the system such as Test, Model, Production, and deploys the system. Through this, it is possible to manage the configuration of each deployment stage.
Also it enables the component (developed by the liaison between ProWork-CRMS and ProWork-SPMS) to go through unit test and user test, DBA performance examination, in order to guarantee the system quality and prevent the system in advance from harmful elements resulting from system development and deployment.
Problem Management System is a Help Desk system through which one can receive the matter of the problem caused during the usage of the system, put a person in charge of the problem in place, receive the result of treatment.
So it manages (in coordination with Proworks-CRMS) the whole process until the problem is solved, thereby contributing to stability and enhancement of the system.
Customer Request Management System provides a Workflow that manages all of system development works - devising a plan for the task, developing the system, test of developer/user, application of operating environment - and in tasks of system improvement and system maintenance (SI/SM) - framing / consulting customer's requests, approval of the job, allocation of the person taking charge.
Through these functions, it clarifies the communication between the developer and the user. It finally strengthens the cooperation of people related in the handling process, and enables investment in resources for developing through mutual agreement, which thereby makes it possible to manage system development/operation cost more efficiently.
Menu Control, Authority Control, and User Control system which is also the module for operation management of both Direct*Plus and Direct*Insure, not composed of any special manufactures.
